And then the dreaded moment: the dental nurse calls your name and it’s your turn. Ah yes, that good old dentist feeling, all fear and trembling. We all know it. But it doesn’t have to be that way! Pohl: Hygiene and cleanliness have always been a credo in my practice. And all the more so at the moment, of course. Especially in the medical field, it’s an absolute must. Question: What’s the feedback like from patients and staff?
Pohl: I get nothing but positive feedback from all sides! Both from patients and from my assistants. You can also tell how relaxed the working atmosphere has become, and that the hectic rush that often prevails, especially in the reception area, has improved enormously thanks to a pleasant indoor climate.
