With our scenting, we’re getting more and more people beaming. No wonder, because the right scent marketing creates positive emotions that put a smile on your face.
A gleaming white smile means brushing your teeth well and seeing the dentist twice a year. We’d like to hang on to our pearly whites for a long time yet, after all. But let’s be honest: a dental appointment isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. Sterile white waiting rooms, the sharp smell of disinfectant and the whine of the drill - the mere thought is enough to make the hairs on the back of your neck stand up!
The Dentaloft practices show that a trip to the dentist doesn’t always have to be unpleasant. Skilled specialists in dentistry, orthodontics and preventive care offer holistic treatment. Friendly staff, clear information about treatment options and modern room design take a lot of the tension away. You can tell: the patient is king and their concerns are taken seriously.
To boost the feel-good factor even more, the Dentaloft practice on Kaiserplatz in Frankfurt am Main has gone one step further: thanks to Airdesign, a trip to the dentist becomes a relaxed appointment. Tanja Mashchenko, a team member at the Dentaloft practice, told us a little more about it.
Question: The Dentaloft practice on Kaiserplatz stands out because patients feel comfortable from the very first minute. How do you do that?
Mashchenko: Our practice radiates a very pleasant and special ambience. The architecture looks modern but still cosy. And our team is made up of friendly staff and dentists. When the human factor is right, the treatment is more pleasant too.
Question: Which services and technologies do you use to give your patients a new smile?
Mashchenko: We specialise in aesthetic dental prosthetics, veneers, implantology and gummy smile, which means correcting a smile that shows too much gum. Of course, patients can also come to us for preventive care and check-ups.
Question: For the practice on Kaiserplatz, you decided on the AROMEA PRO 5 and the fragrance “Green Tea”. How did that come about?
Mashchenko: We tested various fragrances. “Green Tea” is a blend of jasmine, rose and lily of the valley that smells super fresh and pleasant. So the decision was pretty clear for us.

Question: In which rooms are the diffusers used?
Mashchenko: We use them to scent the reception and the waiting area. We want patients to feel comfortable the moment they enter the practice.
Question: How does the scenting affect patients and staff?
Mashchenko: The scent has a very relaxing effect, and that’s surely what matters most on a trip to the dentist.
Thank you for talking to us!
