The Ifen Hotel Kleinwalsertal welcomes its guests in the midst of the Alps. What do guests particularly value about your hotel?
Hecker: Our guests value the feeling of coming home, our long-serving staff, our attention to detail, and the peace and contentment that come from the interplay between our interiors and the surroundings. All of that makes up the charm of the hotel.
Cuisine, wellness and more: what can guests experience at your hotel?
Hecker: When our guests step out of the door, they’re in the midst of nature. Short distances, fantastic views of the surrounding peaks. Whether it’s e-bike tours and hikes in summer or brilliant ski runs on more than 150 kilometres of pistes in winter. Besides the countless outdoor options, our culinary offering will make any gourmet’s heart beat faster. Whether it’s regional Austrian inn cooking or international gourmet cuisine with a slightly Francophile touch, in our three restaurants we enchant our guests with the finest tastings. How did the collaboration with AROMEA come about?
Hecker: By getting to know each other in person at our hotel. Together, we were able to work out which diffusers with which fragrance would work best and where.
After in-depth consultation, two diffusers have now moved in with you. In which rooms do our diffusers scent the surroundings?
Hecker: The two AROMEA PRO diffusers are used in the spa area, where they scent every corner with “Green Tea”, a fragrance composition of lily of the valley, rose and jasmine. A very relaxing blend!
How do guests and staff respond to the scent?
Hecker: Very well. Our guests and staff keep asking about the fragrance and whether it can be bought.
If you had to describe the Ifen Hotel Kleinwalsertal with one scent, what would it be?
Hecker: A mix of freshly washed laundry and a colourful meadow of mountain flowers.
